International Yoga Day ~ Kirtan/Mantras/Japa Meditation With Patita Pavana

Hello spirit souls! Monday, June 21, 2021 is "International Yoga Day” and this year's theme is "Yoga For Wellbeing.”  We will be celebrating International Yoga Day from 5:00-5:30pm (PST) and we are inviting you and your friends to join us for this very special evening with Patita Pavana. Experience peaceful Kirtan Yoga/Mantra Meditation, gentle Gauranga breathing, Japa Meditation (with mala beads) and ambient music as we gather together in community friendship and peace.  Rest and relieve the anxieties of daily life with sacred spiritual sound vibrations (mantras).
