Hello spirit souls:

My apologies but due to the anticipated arrival of Hurricane Hillary this coming Sunday, 8/20/23, the kirtan event at Yoga Sanctum previously scheduled has been postponed. I think it best that all of you be safe and stay off the roads during the storm. In all honesty, I don't do well driving long distance in the rain either let alone a storm.

We will resume kirtan at Yoga Sanctum on October 15th, 2:00-4:00pm.

For September, we invite you all to join us at SoCal VegFest on September 23rd and September 24th at Orange County Fairgrounds. Spirit Soul And Friends will be having a KIRTAN BOOTH both days and everyone is welcomed to come chant, enjoy the free food samples, hear wonderful speakers, check out the many vendors and observe great Vegan chefs at the Cooking Demo Stage.
