Every 2nd Saturday, 4:00-5:30PM

Free CommUNITY Event

Join Patita Pavana of Spirit Soul And Friends™ along with our dear friend, James Long (event host for First UU Church Of San Diego) for an evening of commUNITY friendship, peaceful Mantra Meditation, gentle breathing exercises, Japa Meditation (with beads), food for thought, music, dance and uplifting KIRTAN as we joyously celebrate and gather together in community friendship.

Kirtan will be followed by a vegetarian potluck so bring your favorite veggie dish to share (please, no eggs, no meat, and no alcohol).

Some instruments will be provided but you are welcomed to bring a drum, kirtan, etc. and join the fun!

Free commUNITY event for all ages

Kirtan is a spiritual tool to purify one's consciousness and bring the soul real peace and happiness.
