*9:15am ARRIVAL/SETUP - We'll be starting at 9:30am, please give yourself enough time to secure parking and your spot in class

*9:30am Flow YOGA w/PEACEFUL AMBIENT MUSIC & SOOTHING MANTRAS by sisters Annette & Dee

*10:30am REIKI DRUMMING & SOUND BATH

*11am RAFFLE for great prizes - 1 FREE Raffle ticket per participant
